Our Parcel of Plenty will suit you if you like bigger quantities and portions of meat, even more variety with fresh fruit and veg included, and the core ingredients for 7 meals per week, plus eggs.

Each week you will get a plentiful parcel of quality meat, fruit and vegetable including the following portions per person: 

  • 1 portion grass-fed rump steak
  • 100g locally sourced thin beef sausages 
  • 1 x hand-crumbed schnitzel 
  • 150g veal and pork mince
  • 1/2 dozen free range eggs
  • 2 x Pukara Estate lamb chops
  • variety of seasonal fruit and vegetable from Newcastle Market
