Questions about how delivery works or when you will get charged?

Payment & Ordering

Once you have picked your parcel or selected your products, click ADD TO CART. Make sure to add any extras, and then click on your cart, and click checkout and you will be asked to create an account, provide delivery address and set-up your payment details.

You can access your Customer Portal through your Shopify account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.

Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Subscription Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.

Alternatively, you can access your account using the Subscription Portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email. 

When you click 'Manage Subscriptions' from your account login or subscription confirmation email, you will access your subscription management portal.

From there, you can view your regular deliveries, edit your orders, change your delivery frequency, pause your subscription or cancel your subscription.

To swap your parcel, you can click on Edit in the Items section. From there you can remove items, change quantities and add new items as you'd like.

We find most people are so happy with our parcels that they wouldn’t consider cancelling. However, we know this service may not suit everyone and circumstances can change, so you are free to cancel any time.

In order to cancel your regular delivery, you will first need to click 'Manage Subscriptions' from your account login or subscription confirmation email.

Within the Manage Subscriptions tab, you will see a red button on the bottom of the screen that says 'Cancel my subscription', just click that button and follow the prompts.

In order to update your payment information, you will first need to click 'Manage Subscription; from your account login or subscription confirmation email.

In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address.

If you are placing an order for the first time, you can add items to your parcel by visiting our Shop Products page and adding items you wish to your cart.

If you want to revise your extras in an already existing regular delivery, you can click 'Manage Subscriptions' from the account login page.

To add or remove extras from your parcel, you can click on Edit in the Items section. From there you can remove items, change quantities and add new items as you'd like. Be sure to finalise your order by 8pm the day before your delivery day!

Delivery

At this stage we deliver to residential homes and businesses in Newcastle, Maitland and Eastern Lake Macquarie. Check if we are delivering to your suburb here.

Delivery is FREE for orders over $100. For orders valued between $50-$100 delivery is a $9.95 flat rate per order. For orders under $50 delivery is a $15.00 flat rate per order.

At this stage, we deliver between 10am and 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can choose an available delivery day based on your postcode when you checkout.

We are constantly improving our systems and logistics and as our business grows we aim to add more postcodes, time slots and delivery days in the future.

Yes, if you are out of town or need to skip a delivery, this is a quite simple process.

First, you will first need to click 'Manage Subscription; from your account login or subscription confirmation email.

Once logged in, click on Delivery Schedule on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would click Unskip next to the order.

Our brand is focused on maintaining as environmentally conscious and sustainable an operation as possible, whilst meeting industry and health standards.  


Our parcels are made from recyclable paper. Our meat and seafood are delivered in vacuum sealed bags. All our soft plastic packaging can be recycled through REDcycle bins in major supermarkets.

We do not pack any of the items in foam boxes or soft plastic cool wraps including the meat items. It is essential to have someone receiving your parcel upon delivery to safely handle the content or other arrangements to be made like a cool box or esky in shaded area of your front door.

If you don’t expect to be home when your delivery is due to arrive, we recommend you note Delivery Instructions in your cart. Most of our products will be chilled, so we recommend you leave an Esky or cooler bag in a shady, accessible location for the driver to place your parcel in. 

Unfortunately, we can not take responsibility for your products once delivery has taken place so please leave clear instructions for our driver.

We do not deliver on public holidays, but we will notify any changes to our delivery schedule 2 weeks in advance.

Parcels

Our parcels are fixed, meaning individual items in a set parcel cannot be edited or changed. However the inclusions of each parcel will alter from week to week. You will get the same amount of meat, dairy, eggs, fruit, vegetables however due to seasonality and supply, the type of product may differ from delivery to delivery. For example, you will receive steak in your regular delivery of the Parcel of Protein. In your first delivery it might be rump steak, and the next delivery it might be sirloin, etc.

Depending on the size of your parcel, you will always get the same amount of steak or sausages, but the first delivery may include rump steak and spiced lamb sausage, and the next delivery may include eye fillet with Cassalinga sausages.

Be sure to customise your order by 8pm two days prior to your delivery date.
